Hervé Saint-Hélier |1969 , Born in Tours, France

Self-taught, Hervé Saint-Hélier began producing his first reportages in 1989, before working for the press agencies Sipa and Sygma. From 1995 onwards, he began to move away from the world of news reporting to work in a more artistic way, producing realistic, narrative photographs. The artist focuses on individuals and their journeys.

Hervé Saint-Hélier, who currently lives in Paris, has participated in numerous joint exhibitions, in, amongst other places, London, New York and at FIAC in Paris in 2004.
