Pavel Wolberg |1966 , Born in Leningrad, Russia

Originally from Russia, Pavel Wolberg went to the Camera Obscura School of Arts in Tel Aviv in 1990, and graduated in 1994. He began his professional career in 1997, working as a photojournalist for the Israeli daily newspaper Haaretz ; in 2002 he joined the European Press Agency , which he left in 2012 to become a freelance.

Pavel Wolberg is capable of creating poetic images from ordinary social occasions in his photographs, successfully merging current affairs with the art of photography. He has been exhibiting his work for the last ten years in group exhibitions in galleries and museums.
